I'm making the switch from using Publisher 2007 (Windows) to using Word for Mac 2011. In Publisher, I often created a half-sheet flyer (5.5' x 8.5'), and selected the 'print multiple copies per page' option when printing. That would let me print two copies of the flyer on one letter-sized sheet of paper. I just fired up Word for Mac 2011, and created a document with a half-page size (5.5' x 8.5'). When I print it, however, I can't find a way to print two copies on a standard 8.5' x 11' sheet of paper.

Any help would be appreciated. Sorry for the confusion but this is something I rarely do:-) I'd typically create a standard US Letter doc & just print 2 copies per page. I've done some playing around, though, so let's see if the proverbial 3rd time is the charm:-) Go to File Print as before & enter the 1,1 specification but don't change the other settings Click the Preview button In Preview go to File Print Make sure Paper Size is set to US Letter Confirm Scale is 100% Choose 2 from the Images per page dropdown That appears to work here, so maybe it's what you need. I believe you're correct that the previous suggestion was causing the margins to be compounded. Please mark HELPFUL or ANSWERED as appropriate to keep list as clean as possible ☺ Regards, Bob J.
